- PRC accredited and DHSUD registered salesperson under a broker or completed at least 72 college units, preferably with a background in marketing or management
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/customer service, preferably in the real estate, pharma & insurance industry but not necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using social media platforms, particularly Facebook, for digital marketing activities
- Must have a laptop/MacBook/iPad/Android Tablet/iPhone that can be used for digital marketing activities
- With access to stable internet all the time
- Pleasing personality and has a professional business demeanor
- Excellent business presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint or its alternative
- Knows how to use Canva and edit videos
- Fresh graduates are willing to apply.
Here are the basic qualifications for the Property Specialist position if you are undergraduate or not a PRC accredited and DHSUD registered salesperson:
